Officially formed in January 2021 as a partnership company (Engtech Solution), the company successfully converted to Engtech Innovation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in 2022.
Founder Jessie Khor has 10 years of experience in the wastewater and water treatment industry.
Engtech Innovation is divided into four divisions:

- Project Engineering
- Chemical Supply and System Operation
- Maintenance Service
